D: Salad with ginger dressing and then a plate of fish sticks (i think they're healthy, i got them at whole foods) and brocolli. Then for dessert waayyy too much chocolate pudding for my own good.
E: None tonight, I'm feeling very bloated now. Maybe later if I feel a bit better, I can do some ab workouts and lift some light wieghts.
I'm starting to notice that I'm binging for my dinners, and thats causing a lot of problems, especially for when I work out. I'm going to try to have bigger meals during the day, and make my dinner a small meal. Like a light salad or sandwich.
