...i said that i had the most fun i've had all summer yesterday afternoon, when i filled up my dog's pool and chased her around with a water pistol for an hour or so?  because i did.

No way...not at all!  The most fun I had this summer was doing almost the same thing, but with my 2 year old son!  Chasing him in and out of the pool was amazingly fun...and good exercise to!  Plus, it got me out of having to put on the dreaded bikini and take him to the public pool!

A dog can brignten someones life in so many ways!!! We have a german shorthair pointer named Nutmeg and she too has her own kiddy pool in our back yard. Nothing makes me feel better about myself when I come home and she is soooo excited to see me and wants me to play with her! She has so much energy and such personality, I just love dogs!!! Sometimes it's more fun hanging with them then friends! Shhh, don't tell my friends I said that!!

luv2stop - exactly.  i was just acting like a kid, and she was loving it (except when i squirted her - haha - she HATES that, but it's so fun!)  my neighbors were in their pool looking at me like i was some kind of freak, but whatever...


and i love german shorthair pointers, i bet your dog's beautiful!

She is so beautiful, and such a spaz which I love! She totally thinks she is a human. What kind of dog do you have?
