Anything goes wedding attire
Permalink Closed

I'm going to a wedding in England October 1st (yesss!) for my old roommate.

The wedding attire is "anything goes but bring your dancing shoes."  I'm thinking I will probably use this as an excuse to get a cute anthropologie dress.

Here are the dresses I like so far, has anyone seen these in person?  Any other suggestions for a fun dress to dance in?

I've seen and tried on the first one.  It is absolutely stunning.  The fit is amazing.  I didn't get it because I really only needed one dress and the flouncyness of the bottom made it slightly too dressy for my purposes.

I love the first dress and have been eyeing it my self, but I can not justify spending the money.I think you should go for it.

I am so partial to red, so I loooooooooooooooove the second one.  I could totally see it with some B&W spectator pumps for a retro kind of look or some hot black or brown heels for just a very classic look.  I also like the red dress because the style says "fall" more to me than the other one.  However, the only problem is that it looks like it has an empire waist, which may not be very flattering.

The other dress is beautiful as well, and could be super cute in the fall with a shrug or sweater.  I think you'd need to wear something on top though because I'd imagine England is getting chilly by Oct. 1st.

I'm going to Anthropologie this weekend.

Yes, I will definitely need to get something to wear on top, and probably close-toed shoes... it might be pretty cold by then in England.  Well for a California girl at least
