Definitely TJMaxx/Marshalls! They always have a nice selection for much less. Target's selection was pretty nice last year too, and $8-$12 a pair IIRC?

I love Target tights. They have a good selection and they are reasonably priced. I've also had luck at TJ Max and Nordstrom's Rack. I don't get the concept of paying Anthro prices for something I'm eventually going to snag anyway.
