I'm working from home now and have a lot of activities coming up in the Fall with the kids (Girl Scouts, Soccer, etc) and I want to be comfy but look some what fashionable.

I don't really go out too much anymore, although V and I try to sneak away and go out to dinner twice a month

My wardrobe nowadays consists of loose boyfriend v-neck shirts, cargo capris or pants and flats or flipflops... needless to say, I need some variety.

Let me know what you moms wear, I need some tips here!

Thanks

I wear jeans...a lot....
But I also keep in regular rotation:
bermuda length shorts
knee-length a-line skirts
casual dresses

I will say this...I do tend to wear dressier tops with my jeans/pants/etc...

I am not a mom but I would like to say that having great shoes makes a blah outfit look and feel so much more polished.

In the fall/winter boots would be a great way to step it up.

My "mom wardrobe" favorites are:

Tory Burch and Me Too flats
Trouser jeans with wedges (love the Maribel style from Target this summer)
J Crew cardigans
J Crew Minnie pants (instead of leggings)
Lots of inexpensive necklaces from J Crew Outlet and Banana Republic Outlet, Anthropologie and F21

The accessories are what make the outfit though!

I agree with this.  Also casual dresses.  Plus its great to just throw in a dressier outfit once a week to keep the relationship fresh (for me)
