i'm currently looking for floor, table and wall lamps...and bathroom lighting, so....


 


I found: www.lampsplus.com and it's great. There are quite a few options to help you narrow down their many options. (was that english?)

i am really only looking for brushed nickel accessories bc the chandelier the old lady left us is that metal so it's just easy to match that. plus, i don't do well  with too many options. if i didn't have a starting point i'd be all over the place...wood? color? metal? honestly, i need direction. glad i finally picked paint colors. ROY G BIV is too broad!

that's too funny.  my bf and i did some online shopping all day sunday after a rough night out....and he was like, "oh crap, the lampsplus sale ends today..." so we spend a couple hours (sad i know) trying to pick out the two perfect lamps.  we got two very much needed lamps for $200 with free shipping and a coupon code.  it was a great find on his part and yours!

i honestly didn't think anyone would be interested in a lamp sale, i figured not too many people on this forum are lamp shopping, i'm glad i'm not the only one


this one was $95.55  and this one was $78.55


make sure you look for coupon codes (do a search) before you buy since they are always having current coupons. 


they are kinda boring, the one i really wanted (at a store in chicago) was $300 and i thought there were better things to spend money on, especially since we needed a lamp for the upstairs and downstairs.  our condo has a modern style, so we did a search for contemporary lamps.

I'm also looking for contemporary lamps. Too hard to commit now until we've got the rest of our furniture. Really I need a huge house where i can decorate each room in some different way. A girl can dream.....
