I really hate to be an enabler, but...I think those are 2 different kinds of boots. The more expensive ones you want have a "kind of" cowboy vibe but you could wear them as normal brown boots, the other are clearly cowboy boots. I like them both, but for different things, if that makes sense. If you are specifically looking for them to be your cowboy boots for one season kind of boots, go for #2, but #1 are much more versatile.
