rosie_the_riveter and sephorablue- I loooove all your shoes.

I was kind of bad today. But then again, I was a little depressed and retail therapy was needed.

I got:

a short-sleeve gold metallic cardigan at Macy's

2 V-neck sweaters from J. Crew in emerald green and chocolate brown

This printed tee at the Gap

Also ordered these flats

Rosie - Those shoes are adorable!

My Anthro already has a few of their fall items on the sale rack.  I bought:

and a pair of Louie brand trouser style jeans.  They also had some really cute Salt jeans on sale, but the trouser will be more useful for me right now.

I needed some work pants & scooped up a pair for $30 (w/the coupon) from BR & another from AT for $26.  Both stores were pretty much depleted of stock, but it was still a good deal.

So much for my ban....

My shopping ban ended as of yesterday, but I said I would probably end it this month or next month for my upcoming b-day/trip, DAMN THIS (SALES) TAX FREE weekend here in Texas. I brought:

  • Lt. pink rose sleeveless, knee-length front-to-back v-neck dress (Burlington Coat Factory - $12.99)

  • Fuchsia pink/deep red/brown/white sleeveless, knee-length dress (Burlington, $9.99)

  • Charcoal gray knee-length skirt (Ross - $7.99)

  • White/turquoise/brown floral knee-length skirt (Ross - $5.99)

  • White/rose pink/brown floral knee-length skirt (Ross - $5.99)

  • Turquoise/brown/lt. brown floral knee-length skirt (Ross - $5.99)

All these skirts are very cute, I'm not doing a very good job at describing them, sorry.

And these shoes from Payless, had a $2.00 off coupon:

(They are QUITE comfy, even w/a 3" heel, but I like wedges anyway.....(LOL)

I may post MORE later on, today is just getting started, and there are some MORE stores I'll be hitting up before the tax free weekend is over.....LOL Have a good day!!

This Blazer (fits much better than on the model). So, I also got it in this color...   And then for good measure, I also got it in denim (hey, I am of the motto, if you like something and the fit is perfect--buy in bulk!).   And this one...  (They are all on sale for $20 and I live in blazers/jackets, so it makes sense...in my head anyway!).   And this...   And a crochet cocoon sweater in eggplant which is not on the Target site... Oh yeah, I also got these shoes...   And the Loreal tan towels that were raved about in beauty and health.  And some luggage tags...   And this for my best friend's b-day... She is getting over a break up and I am putting it in a "fun basket" for her...I also got her a diamond cross pendant.  This is so sad, because I went into Target to buy a book!  I am soooooo bad at Target.  I need to refuse to enter the store and the site for months to keep myself in check!

Where are your blazers from????

a pair of dusty rose cords. So comfortable for fall and made my butt look good.

Went out looking for a few things and bought many, though at cheap prices.

Bought a cute skirt and white top at Forever 21, a brown and wine cardigan and a Sweat Pea top at Nordstrom rack, and a cute cami, striped tank, and cream colored cardigan at Banana Republic with Friend & Family discount.

Target:

this jacket reminds me a lot of the cord one at J. Crew, its really cute.

in black and light blue.

I'm not sure I need sooo many cardigans.  I just found them all at such great prices I had a hard time refusing.

i know that Juicy is sooooo "over", but i was evaluating my fall/winter wardrobe and i need more everyday wear since i have so many going out clothes....

i bought this jacket instead of another North Face (or like brand) "bumming around/running errands" jacket

i also got this Grail hoodie.  i love the tees but the hoodie will be super practical as an alternative to my alma mater hoodies:

Click to Zoom it has the signature skull/rose on the back

so hopefully i will be more of a happy medium between frumpy and over-dressed when i run errands this fall/winter.

I hit up T.J. Maxx on Saturday and found a ton of Blue Cult, Salt Works, some Sevens, and tees and hoodies from Ruehl. I tried on some Blue Cults but they didn't fit me right, so I just got a gray Ruehl fleece hoodie for $30. Then at Urban I got a Ramones tee on sale for $15.

Lucky!  The fanciest brand my TJ Maxx has is like, Express.

Just random Target stuff for the house, and some sheets.

Oh, but my stepmom gave my sisters & me a really nice gift: little Chanel stud earrings, the tiny cc ones with the crystals. They're really cute!

Target had some cute shoes that were similar to some of the Urban's I like:

Women’s Mossimo Estelle Tan Wedge Bootsbut I don't think I'll roll them.  the fur looks way too fake

Xhilaration® Asia Wedge - Tanvery similar to the saychelles, but way less expensive

Women's Xhilaration Crystal Natural Pump only $5, so I couldn't pass them up

Some brown, tie-waist gauchos w/ a faint turquoise stripe running through them (no pic on website)

Xhilaration Short Sleeve Top Boho Seais deeper teal IRL

wid-ribbed tunic sweater in chocolate brown (no pic)

I think I am a Target-aholic
