construction contract...

My boss asked me to find her a construction contract form.  I've been searching the web, and I cannot find one that is free...they all cost to download.  Any tips or clues to find one?


She is building a house.  Personally, I figured that the contractor would supply the contract...but she wants one by this weekend.

I would be wary of a contractor that didn't suppy this! If you have any contact with her banking people, maybe ask them? Sometimes banks require a copy of the contract or have "guidelines" that must be included when they do the financing. Sorry i'm not anymore help.

Edit - if you can't find one, I'd tell her that the ones you have found cost $$ & does she want you to do that, at least she'll know you've been searching. This probably goes without saying, but thought I would put my 2 cents in anyway...
