what is "key" characteristic of the dress for you, that you are trying to find? (neckline, skirt fullness, skirt length, color? or the whole look, in any color?)

you could also buy the green dress pictured above and sew a bubble hem on it. they're not very difficult to do and you can probably find directions if you google it...
