does anyone have these or have tried them on?

My husband bless his sweet heart, came home last night and surprised me with a pair! I was so estatic. unfortunately they were size 24 and I wouldn't even zip them all the way up much less button them! Turns out his friend hooked him up, so now he's going to exchange them for a 25. I usually wear 25 in jeans, but 26 when they run a little small, like True Religions. Now I'm wondering if I should tell him to get 26? I'm afraid 26 might be a little big, especially if they stretch out.
