Okay, I'm a little biased since I have a long-time annoyance with Tara Subkoff (designer for Imitation of Christ and sometimes actress). Anyway, some of her shoes for Easy Spirit were featured in this month's Lucky. Here are some images... just wondering what you guys thought.
$295 $695 $495 $170
I think the price is a little crazy and especially since it's affiliated with Easy Spirit (who has probably never even produced a shoe over $100). Obviously they are trying to target a different market.
I like #1, the rest are just "ok" - they don't really speak to me. And even though I like #1, I'd never pay that much, or even half that much for them.

I like the first and the last. It would be worth it if they were super comfortable because the wedge is super high. I have the hardest time finding height and comfort in shoes that look cute.
whoever set the prices for these shoes must have been smoking crack. i like the first pair but they look like standard issue 9west shoes. i was intrigued by the boots but that price is outrageous! i know she has this kind of hipster-cool appeal, but seriously who is going to pay $700 for those boots.

I agree...maybe the crastsmanship will justify it, but I highly doubt that will be the case. The boots might have potenial, but not at that price point...
I like #1 a lot, and number 3 is cool, if a little too Victorian. But I would never spend that much on shoes from Easy Spirit, no matter who designed them.
