morning ladies!  i was outta the office yesterday, but now i'm back!


b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk


s: yogurt


l: chicken sandwich, carrot


s: orange


d: meeting coworkers at the pier for a live music show & dinner... might be something like fried chicken!


e: no time today, i've actually been pretty bad this week, but i'm getting back on track tomorrow, i SWEAR!!

My diet has been horrible today and its been too hot to go outside and exercise.  Ugh!


B:  Cereal and OJ


S:  Green tea, Jelly Bellies (oops--I just poured them out into my trashcan--yaaaaaay me!)


L:  Turkey wrap, yogurt


S:  Plum


D:  Grilled chicken salad, glass of red wine


Desert (before dinner):  Iced tall skim chai and biscotti from starbucks


E:  just walked up 11 flights of stairs, tonight I'm going to do weights/lunges in the air-conditioned comfort of my house.

l: ahi tuna burger, about 10 fries


d: dunno.


e: none. I feel like crap and am probably going to go home and straight to bed.

b: apple and cinnamon oatmeal


lunch: smart start healthy heart with skim milk, 6 pretzel sticks


snack: half a luna bar, propel


dinner: subway! 6 inch veggie, sunchips


e: 35 mins elliptical, 20 bike, 10 rowing, abs

I've had the stomach flu for the past 4 days, so just now getting back on track.  Though I did manage to lose 5 lbs in that 4 days , it was definitely not due to exercise or good diet! 


B:  Oatmeal, OJ


S:  Coffee, plum, yogurt


L:  Lasagne, blueberries, ginger ale


S:  Popsicle


D:  ?


Hopefully I'll be able to get some vegetables down tomorrow .

Lunch:  Ham and Cheddar Panini, Diet Sprite


S:  Half a roll of Chewy Spree and 2 lindt truffles


D:  LF Chicken Quesadillas


W:  1 hour cardio, 30 minutes weights
