$270 Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent.

The price is high but I've seen worse. I am still staying on my ban (is this breaking-the-ban worthy?). Someone else get it so I may live vicariously through you.

bcbg also has a  velvet blazer this season and i think the price point is the same as the br one.

I think the BR is cuter than the other.  Right now I wouldn't pay more than a $100 for a jacket like that.
