keep in mind I have tattoos on my shoulders so I don't know how well the second one would look with two red and black nautical stars. The first would cover them. Oh, I'm going to Vegas sometime in Sep. so I need a dress - nothing fancy but still "nice" yes, this is "dressed up" for me as you've all seen in my thread posts.

I like #1 better. Regarding the tattoos - are you going to a wedding or something in Vegas? Or just to "Vegas, Baby"? If it's the latter, what diff. does it make if your tats are showing? Think Angelina Jolie. She can look so beautiful dressed up, and the tattoos are there for all to see. If you're not feeling confident about them, use her as a role model. *s*

LMonet - haven't tried them on. The last time that I went to Nordstrom is Sacramento I couldn't find either one so I figured I could order it online and if I don't like it just return it. I have until late Sep. to keep looking

IIRC, lsubatgirl ordered the 1st dress and was unhappy with the material and the general fit. Could you order both and return them if you don't like either/or?

They're not all that different really, but I like the second one better. I think with some hot dangly earrings and some awesome shoes, it would be very "Vegas." I think its a bit more interesting than the 1st dress.
