negative feedback

I just received my first negative feedback.  I have noticed that when some people get negative feedback they are allowed to repond to it, or post an explanation. Do any of you know how to do this.

I feel like the negative feedback was just plain mean....not a true account of the transaction.

I don't know how to go straight to this area, so i can take you the long way - if you go to your feedback & go to the top of the page hit "help" - i typed in "respond to negative feedback" and it gives you a blue link that says "leave follow up comment" - it brings you to the feedback forum & you should be able to respond there.

Just my opinion - be fair - not snotty & I'm telling you when I see this & something seems unfair, I never hold that against someone with one negative feedback from someone that is obviously an a**.

Go to your feedback page and there should be a blue link that says leave a follow up comment.

If you feel it is unfair maybe you can see if there is something you can do to make them "happy" and mutually withdraw it.
