i have a ton of very grandma-esque house dresses. my favorite is hot pink with a light pink peter pan collar and strawberrys for buttons. in the winter time, switch that with flannel pjs and a tank top. if i know i am going to be in/out of the house, i will wear yoga pants with a t-shirt. it's too hot to even think of wearing jeans indoors now.

That is very weird you posted about this because lately I feel like I just look ratty and gross whenever I'm just hanging out at home.  Usually I'll throw on gym shorts and at this point ALL of mine now have paint on them from various house projects.  I've also got an extensive collection of ON tanks and sorority tees, so that's what I usually wear.  I think I'm going to have to check out Anthro's loungewear--I never look there!

In the winter I have a pair of blue flannel Paul Frank pants with monkey faces all over them and I wear them constantly!

Oh I was so thinking about this a few days ago.  I have been looking so bad this summer I haven't even posted on threadstyle this entire summer.  I am afraid I'd be banished from the forum.  I pulled out those 80s cloth headbands for my heavy study sessions.  Its been scary!

What do I wear? Crap. I work from home, and sometimes the work gets messy (I'm a metalsmith), so I have icky sweats and yoga pants that get dirty, and often (esp. if I'm not leaving the house at all) they're paired with some of my old '80's tops - my husband gets a kick out of that. I figure I might as well recycle some of my clothes for manual labor LOL.

Usually when its summer I wear something casual like shorts or capris and a tee, that way I will be ready if I need to go out to a store. But when Im in school I wear the same outfit all day. My mom gets mad at me and doesnt understand how I can be in jeans all day!!

Sweatpants and tank tops mostly. Used to wear less (undies) until that one time I opened the door expecting DH and it was one of his friends instead!

I used to have specific clothes for wearing at home, since I liked keeping my town clothes perfect.  It was a pain, because I'd have to change outfits four times a day, and could never leave in a spur of the moment.  Nowdays I dress up even though I am staying at home all day.  I just feel lazy wearing pajamas all day.  Sometimes when I get home from work and I'm tired I will change into my velours, especially in the winter.

Very comfy.  No fashion statement here.  Terry shorts and a beater.

honestly, I wear my sleep stuff until I get dressed to leave the house and usually change for bed within an hour of getting home. I live alone, who cares? My sleep clothes are either a knit chemise thing (like a tank dress), babydoll nightgown, or little boxers and a tank. I am rarely at home during the day unelss I have gone out and come back, in which case I am wearing whatever I've been wearing around town.

Sweatpants and tanktops. I am an avid collector of sleep pants. They have to be soft and long, because I am tall and feel uncomfortable in any pant that exposes my ankles, unless it's intentional.

I wear various black draw-string/fitted black pants and yoga pants. I usually just have on a t-shirt, or a fitted hoodie.

I'm pretty messy looking.

I have two jobs, so that kind of dictates everything... On days I go into an office, I'll just keep wearing whatever I wore to work when I get home (obviously, sans shoes and pantyhose!). When I go somewhere to eat or somewhere with my friends, I'll keep my whatever shirt on that I wore to work and put on jeans, which I then wear until it's time for bed. On days I work from home, though, I just keep wearing my PJs (or a robe if my PJs are a little too nightgowny, because I open my windows while I'm here and the whole city can see me in my scrubby glory). I cannot make myself take a shower until I have somewhere to be. So sometimes, I'm in my PJs until 8pm! PJs are either a nightgown or a tank and shorts

but in the winter, my apartment is SO cold (wind blows through closed windows and my landlord only turns on the heater randomly, it's so awful). So when I get home I'm colder and I'll wear jeans, a tak top, a long sleeved shirt, a t shirt, and a hoodie! (sometimes with a heat pack in the hoodie pouch)
