What do you think of this coat? It's an anna sui knock-off, which I don't really care about because it's not a very recognizable design, so it's not like people will see this coat and think, "oh that's THE anna sui coat, but it's definetly a fake!" lol.

Anyway, I can get it for 53 dollars, but since it's shipped from China, so I have to pay 20 dollars for shipping. 73 isn't that much for a coat, i dont think, but because it's a knock off, I can't be sure of the quality. I'm worried it might look cheap What do you guys think? It says its 100% wool. Here are the pictures:

I really like the way it looks, but I'm worried that in person it won't look as nice. Or maybe the material wont be nice, and it wont fit well or something. I'm really torn.

I love the coat and think you should risk it for $73. The only concern I would have would be the quality, which is a risk you take with any online purchase.

I think you should get it. Thats really cheap for a cute coat, and I think the quality would be at least cheap-chain-store level...I don't think it will fall apart on you, and you'll definately get your money out of it.

I am going to be the lone dissenter. Only because in the pics, the jacket is wrinkled in the back. From my experience, wool that wrinkles in that way usually feels really cheap in person. I don't think it's worth $73, maybe $25...

Does the seller accept returns? If so, I'd get it and risk losing the shipping price. Otherwise, I'd pass, just because you can't be sure about the fit & fabric.


Also, is it just me or is $20 really high for int'l shipping? If it's regular mail, shouldn't it be more like $10-12?

I don't think so. When I mail letters to Europe it's like 6 bucks and that's just for a few pieces of paper, so considering that they would be mailing a sweater I think that seems about right.

Rocky, you make a really good point. I didn't even notice the wrinkles, and you're probably right. Wool that wrinkles probably isnt good....

... bbbbuuuuutttttt (of course theres a but), I do really like it. And since wool is one of those heavy duty fabrics, I don't think that it will look so obvious if it's sorta cheap.

The seller does accept returns, but I feel like it would cost the price of the coat to lose the shipping AND spend the same amount to ship it back. So I would probably end up keeping it anyway. Who knows, maybe I'll sell it on ebay if I don't like it! lol.
