Problem with new wedges
Permalink Closed

I wore the wedges that I posted in the shopping thread for the first time yesterday.  My foot seems to slip down after wearing them for an extended perios of time.  This makes the straps cut into my toes.  It doesn't happen when I push my foot back up in the shoe.  What kind of foot pad do I want to buy to keep my heel up in the shoe?  Do I want the kind that goes under the heel or the kind that goes down by the toes?

Here's a pic of the shoes.  They're about 3 1/2 inch wedge with a platform.  Stupid gravity.

there's one you can get for the ball of your foot - this is just an example, but you might want to look at foot pedal products too

FWIW: I will say that I bought the Foot Petals knock-offs at DSW and actually returned them to the company for a refund. They sucked. The sticky didn't stay stuck, so they moved around and got stuck to my skin and looked terrible.

I use foot pedals and they work pretty well. I've only used the heel ones since I tend to have my heel slip in and out of shoes but I do need the one for the ball of my foot as well. Hmm.

Thanks everyone! I'll get a set of the pads for the ball of the foot.
