BCBG- searching for product...

They can do a search at BCBG. I've done it before. I think they ship to your house, but I'm not sure because anytime I've had them do a search, they've found the item in a store within 30 miles from the one I go to and I've just driven and picked it up right away.

Bex, you have me intrigued, but *where* are you seeing their fall stuff??? When I go to the web site, I only have the Spring 2005 Collection as an option...

They can do a search, the computer will show what other stores have it and then they can do a charge send, or you can have them put it on hold. If it is a sale item, some stores will hold, some won't. The rule is that sale items are not allowed to be held. But the pants might have been part of the spring collection in the brown and the black ones might not be out yet. They re-do cuts all the time in different colors and fabrics if they sold well. So the black ones might be available in a few weeks. A sales person, of they are good, should be able to let you know when they come in. Sometimes it will show up in the computer that they have them, but they are actually just put in the computer once they are shipped from the warehouse. So if this is the case they will in the store withing a week. Wow, I probably totally confused you, sorry. I used to be a mgr. there a few years ago.

no, you didn't confuse me. the SA told me that they just came in a few weeks ago and when they came in their were already in sale- so they flew out the door. she had the black ones, but they were only left in a size O. so i bought the brown ones (i can always use these pants- they are my fave in summer and winter) and asked her about the black ones- but she didn't offer up a search and it made me think they couldn't do it.

i am guessing that they are being recut for fall. but i would love to have the originals since they are on sale for $50 now!! i'll call the store today and see if they can do a search and charge send for me. thanks!

BEX: did you go to the BCBG at easton? if so, what other sizes were left in the brown?

I wear a 25/26 in jeans, what size would i be in BCBG? I think i am gonna head over there tonight before work! thanks for mentioning they were on sale:)
