I love this, as you can tell since I've posted it a couple times already.  But I'm kind of stummped on what to wear underneath.  All I can picture it white! Any suggestions?

I can picture it with browns, camel, ivory...some pastels like pale pink, lavender, yellow and green,  I also think you could pair it with some fall tones like purples/plums, gold/mustard and olive

I agree with all the colors sweater girl mentioned (and I think a lime-y green would look fab too) - and how do you feel about prints?  Or maybe tone-on-tone?
