say shrug

I was looking at stylediary.net a little while ago, browsing the girl's old outfits trying to get some new ideas, and something caught my eye. I've seen it before, but I guess I've just taken a liking to it.

I'm wearing this shrug on the "New Outfits" page. I love the detailing on the back!

She says its a shrug by say... I must be out of the loop on this, but I've never heard of say. I've searched places I thought would carry them (shopbop, girlshop, active endeavors, ect.(I don't have many bm boutiques in my area, so I can only look online)) with no luck, Are they still avaliable? Anyone seen anything simliar? It doesn't even have to have the detailing on the back-- I could do that myself. I just LOVE the slouchy, casual style. Please help! Thanks, girls.

I own one.

I got it at sample sale price, which means it was about 50% off.

As far as I know, label la is the only place you can get them.
