I got the Nana Tammy Boots from Zappos & I'm 90% sure I'll keep 'em!  The leather is feathery soft and the lining inside is very silky. The lining inside makes your foot slide a little so I'm glad I got a 1/2 size smaller.  I was having 2nd thoughts about them because of the buttons & was thinking the boots were going to scrunch down like the 80s boots.  I don't like the fake wood looking heel though.  Um, I haven't shown them to my husband, if he makes a weird face when he sees them, I might consider returning them.

I tried them on for hubby last night & he hated them, the weird face was an understatement.  He doesn't like the buttons or color & he says they're way too trendy.  He thought it was going to be a more classic, sleek boot.  The only thing he liked was the rounded toe.  He told me to return them & get another pair instead.


Now Im not that sure I'm keeping them, I did get 2 small scuff marks on the bottom of the sole when I walked into the kitchen to show him, & I don't know if Zappos will credit me because of the scuffs.  What should I do?

I'm sure Zappos would take them back, they have great customer service.  Besides, you only tried them on.  I side with your husband on them.

I love them!  I think you should keep them.  If you hubby hates them so much, only wear them with jeans when he is around......he DID like the rounded toe.


I think they would be adorable with a pair of brown tweed gauchos.....or rolled up jeans!

BargainQueen, if it's the buttons and the color that the husband doesn't like and you still wanted to keep the style what about these? They also come in black and brown w/o the buttons.  They are a little more at $119 on sale at Nordstrom but maybe he wouldn't mind these?
