well, i think i'm the only santa monica girl, so i'll respond w/ what little info i have... my coworker was in that area yesterday to go for a jog on ocean ave. & she asked me what was going on today when she got into work. i actually had no clue about the incident, even tho i was in the area around 7:30ish. i was driving home from work & did notice the helicopter hovering over that area, but didn't really think much of it. another coworker told us it was a bomb threat... apparently he watched a different channel that u for the news cuz that's where he heard it. that's all i know tho! oh & btw, would u like to join lilykind, esquiress & i for some salsa classes? there's free ones on mondays at the mor bar (across from circle bar) & u could bring ur bf if u want, but u totally don't need to bring ur own partner.

You know, I DID doze off for like 10 min.....I KNEW the news would be about the promenade as soon as I wasn't paying attention.....drat!!!!

Anyway, salsa sounds really fun! I am the worst dancer though.....Monday nights my b/f (Geoff) has his men's basketball league. Typically I go to watch the games, but I have been too loyal of a fan for too long.

Oh! And I should ask Zach to come - if you are ok with it (??). I really need to get you two to at least meet

hehe, i was gonna mention zach, but i wasn't sure if he was still available & didn't want to bring it up & have it be all awkward... ya, totally invite him! i'm inviting tons of people, it should be really fun!! don't worry about not being very good, i suck pretty bad. it's still fun tho cuz everyone else is bad too! so i'll email u monday to make sure we r still on.... can't wait!!

Awesome! I will email Zach...I haven't actually talked to him in weeks, which is strange b/c he used to be at my apt every night hanging out with Geoff. Hope they didn't have some kind of weird guy-tiff thing or something?!
