i used to swear by C&C tanks from Saks and I still love them, but I have found these great C&C look a like tanks at Forever 21 for $6. I buy about five a month. I have them in 20 colors. . .a little obssessive I know, but they last for a long time and they come in colors i never even knew i needed. whats a girl to do when it is only $6.

I second the forever 21 suggestion. they have so many colors, they are dirt cheap, and a lot of the styles have spandex in them, so they hold their shape.
