I think the Prague brand is manufactured for Overstock.com.  They have galore of Prague clothing, shoes and accessories.  So I'm not to sure about the quality.  I once ordered a Prague pink aviator jacket, and quality was terrible!  I think they exaggerate the list price for that brand.  And I don't know about everybody else, but don't ever bother trying to return something to overstock!  Let's just say after 4 months, and hassling them and contacting my credit card company, I finally got some of my money back.
