I put a pale yellow beater underneath mine and it was pretty cute.

How about emerald with deep purple or a rich raspberry color?

It would also go with a nice chocolate color.

For the rest of the summer I would wear lighter colors like creams, pale yellows, or pale pinks.  For the fall I would look at jeweled tones.

To me emerald is a very mature, classy color so I'd counteract it with a bubblegummy pink. I like it with deep sky blues as well.

Do you absolutely love it? An emerald green cardi wrap is on my fall shopping wish list, but it will take a considerable chunk of my $$ to get it. I do live in Texas, so I'm wondering just how warm it is? I worry that if it is too warm I won't get much wear out of it & i'd be better off buying a pashima or something (which i've never had) & wearing vintage shawls- what do you think about the warm issue? Can I convince you to post some outfits in thread style?

I love it so much! Plus, I got it on sale for $80! It's not too warm really0 actually about the weight of a pashmina. It will be great for fall, and is perfect for my super air conditioned office now.  I actually haven't come up with a ton of great outfits yet- maybe we can start a threadstyle thread with different cardi-wrap outfits? I know some of the other girls must have way better ideas than me.
