hey ladies, are numbers are dwindling.  even if u aren't proud of what u ate, post anyways.  having to confess ur sinful eating is theraputic & will help discourage u from doing it again!

b: puffed kashi, strawberries, soy milk

s: peach

l: chicken sandwich on ww, celery & pb

s: yogurt

d: turkey burger (finally!) & carrots

e: NONE - i know i'm awful, but i was up really late last night (see "My Salsa Adventure..." in General) & couldn't bear to get up at 6am & i have too much hw to do yoga tonight.

c: i ate tons of some graham cracker & peanut butter concoction one of my coworkers brought it yesterday.  i also ate a pb&j english muffin for dinner last night due to the salsa debacle.  ah, that feels better, now i promise to be good today!

Okay, I think I will join in because this may be the incentive I need to stay on track.

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ applesauce, blueberries and almonds.(my days usually start ok!)

Snack: Molasses cookie (see, rapid decline)

Lunch: Lean Cuisine(the Peanut Sauce one, very good),Silouette Mousse(yogurt) and a grapefruit.

Snack: Skittles (bad co-worker!! bad, bad!!)

Supper: Crispy Minis, Soy BBQ flavor. (see?? I mean, they are not as bad as chips, but not a proper sup!!)

No exercise but I am obviously going to have to start. I look back at this day of twisted eating, and think what a bad day to start posting. I almost never eat handfuls of sugar(Skittles) and usually have actual supper food. Must have been an off day. Your are right, Crystal. Admitting bad food days is very therapeutic!!
