so this may be a really  dumb question, but i bought some granola with mango from trader joe's b/c it just seemed like it would be good and healthy, and i don't know what to do with it! (other than eat it dry, of course)

should i put it in vanilla yogurt? frozen yogurt for dessert? any other suggestions?

thank you so much!

I buy granola all the time and put it in my yogurt - and not just vanilla, it tastes good in pretty much any flavor of yogurt!

I eat granola all the time. I kind of do a parfait.  I add fruit-either blueberries, strawberries, etc. then add yogurt, honey and milk.  It is super good.

I put my granola in vanilla yogurt and add raspberries and peaches--very yummy.

You can probably eat it like cereal if you don't know what else to do with it.

Be careful with granola. Someone started a rumor long ago that it is healthy but 1 cup contains 528 calories! Yes there is a lot of fiber in it but almost as much fat. Aside from that, I do use granola in my yogurt as a treat from time to time.
