check out page 146....I like this look but where would it work?  Or what could you wear over the tank to make it work appropriate?

I love this look and wear it often. I have several pair of widge leg trousers including a poleci pair that looks like the pair in the mag.

For work, i would wear less on the neck. Maybe a strand of pearls and a simple necklace to mix with it. On top, I can wear tanks to work but if i could not, i would maybe pair it with a short sleeved v-neck or some type of open neck line.

I really love that look - I marked it too! I think you could pull it off, for work maybe add a short choc shrug or instead of a tank wear a shirt with sleeves, more of a stretchy tee? Not sure if that's too casual for your office but I think it would look similar but appropriate. I just really like the look of all those pearls.

I must say I love almost everything in this issue. Not sure if it's because I'm on the shopping ban & anything looks good to me (much like any food looks good on a diet maybe) or because I like the fall options, but my "fall wish list" grew a lot after I looked at it.

oh, I gasped out lous when I saw that!! so pretty but yeah, kind of dressy for casual but not really work apropriate either. Maybe with a darker top instead of white or with a shrug it could work in the office. Or maybe with a cord blazer in a dark color (I'm thinking a burgendy?) if your office is cold enough (god knows mine it!). I am in love with those pants....oh how I wish they were cheaper.

Don't laugh...I got it at Kohl's.  I don't see it on-line though.  I know a lot of people hate Kohl's but I got to make the most of the stores I got!  It's black so I'd proably have to find the trousers in a black/gray color.  I'd probably layer the tank w/ another black one because just a white tank at work may not go over so well.

Can someone describe this look?  I don't have the mag.

Interesting.  I've been skipping Lucky the past few months, but it sounds like I might have to pick this one up.

I think Lucky has really come back around.  For awhile there the clothes were just odd to me.  I didn't pick it up for awhile and now the last couple months have been great.

I'm not laughing - they have awesome sales & I have gotten some great pieces there - albeit hit or miss. I just got the prettiest pink poncho kind of wrap (unstylish) that I pulled apart & now it is the prettiest shawl for the fall. I can't wait!

I'm home now, and just flipped to pg. 146 - and WOW! I do like this look also, and would PROBABLY wear it to work. Not sure I'd wear those pants w/a tank, but like everything else other wise. Love those pearls too.
