Hi There! Tax question...who has to file taxes? I am 22 and unemployed (student).  I didn't think I had to because of my unemployment status, however my roomate just told me that everyone over 18 is supposed to file.  Whats the law?

There could be some stimulus stuff you qualify to recieve and/or some school expenses you can write off .....
