I was shopping at the grocery store (Harry's) and there was a lady at the deli counter; she must have been in her late 60's or early 70's, and she had on the most *adorable* outfit. Blue-and-brown combo, a patterened skirt that I would have loved to own, a 3/4 sleeve chocolate v-neck sweater, turquoise earrings to match the blue in her skirt, and carrying an Enid Collins bag (I love those bags and hunt them out on eBay).

She was so amazingly stylish! And it was all age-appropriate but so fashionable. It made me smile - she was living proof that you don't have to give up fashion at ANY age. Even her shoes were....well, not exceptionally fashionable, but they weren't clunky "old lady" shoes either.  I wish I'd had a camera to take a pic for her for my "inspirations" notebook.  *s*

LOL - you just described my (step)grandmother - she is so cool - and she is 83. She won't give up her heels for anything. So funny

Yes! There are a couple of women who must be 70 or 80 that I see every once in a while that have wonderful style!
