I see the hematologist on the 2nd.  Ultrasound went good, except they want to do a follow-up because they think there is a cycst on my ovary.  I had the same thing with my pregnancy with my daughter that ended up requireing surgery and the loss of one ovary.  I want to be a conservative as possible with this treatment so I'm waiting to discuss everything with my doctor next week.  In the meantime I'm trying to remain calm and positive.  I'm just over 8 weeks now.  That's all for me for now...Thanks for asking.


I hear you DD got moved to the 21st.  Do you think you'll delivery this week?  How exciting!  I can't wait to see pictures!

I had a cyst on my ovary with Christian's pregnancy too.. it is normal during pregnancy.. That's great that you got to 8 weeks, 4 more weeks until you're in the 2nd trimester, WOOHOO! 


Do you need to get an amnio or anything done with this pregnancy?


Yes, my DD got moved to the 21st.. if I don't deliver this week, I'll be induced Tuesday night!

I think the doctor is concerned this is not a functional cyst cause by pregnancy.  I am hoping I will not need an amnio, but seeing as hoew things are already going?  Did you have amnio?

Was the a health risk to the baby is that why?  I'm pretty terrified that I may have to have one.
