Its TTS. I bought in petite for a smaller fit though. Its not poofy at all- the fit is super flattering and I think it would be fine for a formal dinner on a worktrip. HTH!

I bought it! I went to another Anthropologie that was an hour away and I ended up getting it. I think it is actually a size too big because it's too loose to wear strapless but as long as I wear the straps, it's really pretty. I intended on wearing the straps anyway.
