I need your help girls

Ok, so looking at all of the cute outfits that you guys put together I have decided to buy clothes that are a little more "girly."  I usually wear wifebeaters and jeans or shorts.  So, my problem is this Forever21 top that I bought yesterday.  I don't know what kind of bottoms to wear it with and what kind of shoes I have included pictures of the top and my only idea of how to wear it, although this outfit is of last resort. Please help me
