Afternoon! I ate crappily this weekend too! I haven't weighed myself at home either.  I was 132 at the doctor's office this morning but the home scale is a few pounds lighter so I use it to track weight loss.

B: bagel with spray butter and sf koolaid

L: Blackberry Smoothie from Smoothie King (ok not great - something was off)

D: unsure right now.  Probably leftovers - either cheese ravoili or my chicken/spinach/pineapple wheat calazone.

Lynnie- I just went to an italian place yesterday and did a create your own type calazone.  Most places let you do this.  I love pineapple on my pizza stuff and I don't really like spinach so I mix them together and don't taste the spinach!

What did you put in it- chicken, pineapple, spinach, cheese and marinara?  Does it taste good?  Mmm I forgot how much I like pineapple and spinach.

Yep it was some type of cheese blend I think with ricotta and some other stuff. Basically it was just chicken, pineapple, spinach, cheese and a tiny bit of marinara because every where down here has you dip your calazone in marinara instead of putting it inside.

I love the way it tastes.  If you like hawaiian pizzas then you will like this.  The reason I say that is because the hawaiian has pineapple on it so if you don't like that pizza you might not like this one.  Most people think I'm nuts because I get just cheese and pineapple pizzas at the pizza places but I think they are all nuts for eating all that other junk
