If you could only buy one item...

If you could only buy one specific item to add to your spring/summer wardrobe what would it be and why?  I'm not talking about a khaki skirt or something vague like that - a specific item you can post a picture of that can be purchased on line -- something you really love.

I have to pick this Chloe bag right now.  Why?  Because it's not practical, it's sparkly, neutral, and just plain pretty.

ETA: I know it's not for everyone, but I do Love it!

I want this.  I didn't have anything in mind until I went looking.  This 3.1PhillipLim blouse won out.


I would need to also purchase the services of a stylist to help me figure out how to wear it.

I really love these shoes. Part of me thinks they might be trashy, but the rest of me doesn't care. I need them. They're $80 and stupid Nine West website had me thinking that they were on sale for a while, but apparently it is this style in another color that is on sale. And I don't want to spend $80 because I'm cheap. ugh....

I am really feeling Kate Spade this spring, especially the polka dots. This dress would be perfect for work, parties, dinner, and with either black, white, or shoes with a pop of color.

I've always wanted a DVF wrap dress and I love the yellow and grey combination.  I would not wear my hair like that though.

This top would be my pick - I am obessed with this color and shape for spring, and I could wear it so many ways. I'd wear it out at night with a pencil skirt, heels and cuff bracelets, on a casual Saturday with shorts and wedges, to work under a long cardi or blazer and layered pearl necklaces.
