afternoon ladies!


b: puffed kashi, blueberries, soy milk


s: peach


l: tri-tip (sp?), ribs, chicken, small salad, potato salad, beans & piece of cake!!


s: yogurt


d: date, so again not sure


e: hour walk/jog this AM, no time PM


ETA: added my lunch... ok, so i pigged out, but it's free & i don't eat red meat that much!

B: none, woke up late

L: two whole wheat waffles with light syrup & 2 eggs

S: go lean crunch & milk

D: no clue yet - maybe getting together with boy so not sure what that will entail...

E: did i mention might be getting together with boy? teehee but actually i have the day off so i have no excuse for not working out but i've been cleaning all day - does that count?

b-light yogurt key lime, 3 strawberries, water


snack---lemon luna bar


lunch--water, tuna - 3oz. and small salad, 1/2 ww bagel


snack--lemon luna bar


dinner---beer and 1 piece of pizza and a salad---(not good i know but it has been a day!!)

E: 35 min. treadmill, 25 min. elliptical

B: coffee, half tuna sandwich

S: half of poppy muffin (bad bad)

L: avocado on wheat

S: other half of poppy muffin (good good)

D: lots of california rolls (bad but so good)
