So I ordered myself a sweatshirt from Neighborhoodies last month. I received it very quickly, however it was the wrong style sweatshirt. I got a hoodie and wanted a zip-up with a stand-up collar. The colors were the same and they used the right lettering and everything so I decided that I wouldn't complain. Last week, I went to wear the sweatshirt for the first time. When I got home later that night, I noticed a 3 inch hole in one of the sleeves. Not a rip but more of a defect. (It was along the seam. Looked like it was never sewn properly.) So I figured, that I CAN NOT let go. So I emailed Customer Service twice and got a response after 4 work days. FINALLY! The CS girl was super nice and said that they would make me a new sweatshirt if I sent the original back and If I wanted to keep the original too, she would fix the hole and sent that back to me (along with the new correct sweatshirt) I would only need to pay $10 more. I thought that was pretty cool.
I am glad they are settling my problem. I really do think they are a cool organization and I would be really upset if I would be forced to boycott them because of this.
It might take them a while, but they WILL help you! Thank goodness!
I am glad it eneded up working out. I really like them. I order my bf all kind of dumb tshirts and make him wear them. I always have a good exprience w/ them.

I made my bf a tshirt too and i have a sweatshirt that says East Coast on it. I wear it a lot actually. I like them. They also messed up my order by sending me two tshirts by mistake. I didn't complain and I wear the other one hehe. They say Canberra on them, the Australian town where bf was born.
i bought my "something blue" wedding underpants (with the words mrs. skinner) across the rump from the store in manhattan and the guy spent more than 45 minutes with me working on the design. the reason it took so long was because i couldn't make up my mind. the guy was really helpful and super patient.
