Tools --> Internet Options, there should be clear history in the general tab on the first page it goes to

Go to Tools, select Internet Options, click on General Tab, and under History, hit the Clear History button.  HTH!

Right click on the Internet Explorer, click 'properties', and you should see it there. That's how I do mine.
