Ok, I opened up a Christmas sav. acct. last year at my bank (deducted from my paycheck every payday), I won't be able to withdraw from it until October, which is fine, but I probably won't until December. I did this so I wouldn't have to worry about MONEY during the holiday shopping season, and OH! I'm glad I did. LOL What I'm wondering is 'what should I get me' for Christmas? LOL I'll probably spend about $200.00 on the gift, and the rest will go towards friends/family. What do you think?

I think you should get a digital camera if you don't have one already. You can join us on threadstyle! The others seem more practical (car alarm) or like upgrades (new cell phone) that aren't as fun. If you need the others, I would save for them aside from Christmas- a new car alarm as your Christmas present isn't super exciting.
Thanks, lynnie, I really WAS leaning more towards the dig. cam., b/c I don't have one right now (I feel so OUTDATED!). LOL Now my next question is - what kind? It's so many out there, and it would be NEW to me, so thanks again! And you're right again, my cell right now works just fine, as does my factory car alarm (LOL), so THANKS! I'd LOVE to post SOME (not all) of my outfits on the threadstyle, I can hardly wait. LOL

I would get a cannon. They are the best! I have a Powershot A95 and it takes wonderful pics. CC also has a cannon but i think its an elph. Cannons are just as good as Nikons but a tad cheaper. I wouldn't get anything less than 4 megapixels.
Thanks to you too, lsubatgirl, now I have an idea of what's out there, and what to get!! Now if December would only hurry up and get here....LOL

my second pick is Sirius, but I love music like crazy. Plus BBC Radio one will now be broadcast in the US over Sirius and I love me some cheesy Britpop!
I voted for the camera because it seems fun, useful, and almost practical. I have an Olympus and I love it. It's about 2 years old now, but it's a camedia c-50 zoom. 5 mega pixel . It has been wonderful. The sales guy recommended a camera whose batytery can be charged outside of the camera and to buy two. That way you can use one and have one on the charger. It's worked out nicely.
I really like the hp printer I bought to print off the photos. It's easy to use and wasn't expensive either.
