afternoon ladies... had to get a cavity filled this AM, sorry i'm late!


b: puffed kashi, blueberries, soy milk


s: peach


l: avocado & tuna sandwich on ww, celery w/ peanut butter (hopefully the novacaine dies down by then)


s: yogurt


d: turkey burger or spaghetti, not sure yet


e: walked (and jogged a lil ) for an hour this AM, might do yoga tonight, depending on HW load

B: decaf. I can't even call it coffee.


L: ww pita with artichoke and garlic hummus and lettuce.


D: taco salad type thing


E: probably just yoga.

Hi girls, I'm starting a new "diet" and I decided I would try to start posting, hopefully it will keep me honest on my diet.  Here goes...


B: oatmeal


L: salad w/ 3 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese


S: yogurt/cup of chai


D: cooked vegs.  (haven't decided what kind yet) and 1 morning star burger


S: glass of soy milk


E: none.  have to go to Target, but walking around the store has to count for something.

Ok, i'm going to do this to keep myself straight & honest!!

B: ham sandwich on 35 bread - 3.5 pts

S: 100 calorie pack of Oreo thin crisps - 2 pts

L: SW chicken / black bean salad - 5 pts

S: cheesy bread (homemade 35 bread & 2% cheese in microwave) - 3 pts

D: will be burgers that we didn't have time to make this weekend, but I will use my light bread & no mayo but i have 9 - 15 points left for the day, so I'm sure I can make it fit in that!!

E: I swear - no laughing at me for this!!!!! I did 10 whole minutes on my new elliptical machine - I swear it kicked my butt. But 10 minutes is better than nothing. Then I was reading online & it did say beginners should start slow & would probably only be able to do 5 minutes, so that made me feel better. I haven't actively exercised on purpose for 3 years - TERRIBLE I know, but I have to start somewhere!!!

Evening!  I lost another pound last week!! It would have been more if I hadn't have pigged out since Thurs.  I swear its all the cherries I've been eating.


B: honey bunches of oats with strawberries, 1/2 c skim milk (3 pts)


S: mint mocha frapp. (4 pts)


L: soy corn dog and 1 c cherries (4 pts)


S: baked cheetos (3 pts)


D: moc chicken cordon bleu (4 pts), salad (1 pt), spinach (2 pts), baked beans (2 pts)


Total: 23 pts


Exercise: None. Neighbors let their pit bull run loose when I was going to go walking then it started to rain.

Greeting. I haven't posted under diet & exercise in awhile, but have new motivation towards both, and thought this might help...


B - Protein shake


snack - 1/2 Protein bar & crystal light


L - Caesar salad, light dressing, sunflower seeds instead of croutons. Also, black beans and brown rice with green onions and 1t low fat sour cream, water


snack - other 1/2 of Protein bar


snack - Protein shake then off to the gym, hopefully for 3 miles on the treadmill, and some weights


D - Probably veggie wing-dings with mustard, brocoli, lots of water

ok, im joining to keep myself in check.


breakfast-coffee


s-fat free yoplait


lunch-turkey sandwich on whole wheat, diet coke


s-slice of blueberry coffee cake, homemade (couldnt resist, it was just sitting in the lounge!)


dinner-no idea, maybe some salmon, or it could be a salad...my dinners are very unpredictable


excercise-some pilates if im good......

E: 20 min. stairs machine, 25 min. bike (trying to up my cardio)

B: coffee, banana

S: banana

L: tuna on wheat, one hard boiled egg

S: coffee, peach

D: some kind of korean soup
