I'd like to share my little secret on how to fix up a terrible headache in less than 5 minutes.  I use nothing but Children's Mortrin (the liquid stuff).  Oh I could not live without it!  I have a high tolerance to meds, but the regular dosage is just fine!   Just try it and see!

These are just headaches.  Sometimes awful ones that make me feel nauseated by the time I get home from work.  I get a headache about once a week, so I go through a lot of children's liquid motrin.  Bubblegum flavor is my favorite.

Motrin is ibuprofen, so any ibuprofen should work--Motrin, Advil, or the generic store brands.  It is all the same stuff, except the children's doses are halved or quartered (100 or 50 milligrams versus 200).

Okay, had to take some pain meds today.  Children't Motrin has MORE medicine in it than Midol.  3 teaspoons has 300mg.  Midol has just 200 mg in it's dose, and that is from the maximum strength package!  So guess which I took.....the children's stuff of course.  It's easier to swallow than a pill.  And since it's liquid it works faster for me.  Oh, and I feel great!  Much better than when I take the other stuff!

Hmmm...I get really bad migraine and sinus headaches.  I've never tried Children's Motrin, but I've tried regular Motrin and it didn't do anything. The only thing I've found to be really effective for my headaches is Excedrin Migraine.  Best. stuff. ever.

I 2nd that NylaBelle.  I get a lot of headaches...most are sinus headaches, but when I have a migrane, nothing beats Excedrin Migrane.  Motrin works for me when I have a normal headache that's not too terrible.

I have really bad allergies and have to use the disgusting childrens benadryl (when I get an attack- like a cat putting its tail on my face!) because the pill doesn't work for me. Plus it just works faster. So what Courtney1982 said definately holds weight. I think I am going to try it because I hate taking pills!
