cute shoes for doing a lot of walking
Permalink Closed

I feel like everytime I travel or when I take day trips to little country towns or whatnot, I never have the right shoes for walking over cobblestones and bricks and just doing lots of walking.

What do we think of these? Do I have comfy-goggles?

Or other suggestions?

Well, I thought maybe I just found the first pair of "comfy" shoes that had any sort of feminine detailing and thought "ooh cute!" cause every other pair on the page looked like nurse shoes.

Doesn't necessarily have to have a heel, although I find a small heel or little wedge more comfy for all day than flat flats. Any sort of neutral color will do...brown, bronze, tan, even black...kind of just in the brainstorming phase at this point.

I like wearing flat Frye boots when I'm going to be doing a lot of walking

I usually wear ballet flats, but they're actually not the most comfortable... I like the idea of flat Frye boots. It's so hard to find cute walking shoes that don't scream nurse!

I was looking for a comfortable heel for you, but if you're interested in flats, I can't recommend earth shoes enough.  While I was looking around for you, I ended up purchasing these for myself (see how weak I am? lol):

if you're at all interested, let me know your shoe size - I have several sources where I know I can find them, but some styles are discontinued and not available in all sizes.

I forgot about Earth shoes...hmmm...will have to ponder this a bit more. Thanks, D, and glad I could enable you to buy for yourself. :)
