wet seal sizing?

I love this top from wet seal.  I usually don't buy from there but I ran across this top and I am drooling over it.  According to their size chart I would be a M, but I don't trust it since they are junior sizes.  I am 35 inches around the largest part of my bust.  Do you think I should order a M or L?  There is no wet seal close to me where I can try it on.

I remember their clothing running small. I would go a L just in case.

I would go one size up from your regular size. Since it looks clingy, maybe erring on the larger size would fit better.
