Wedges in the fall?
Permalink Closed

I havent seen many shoes for Fall yet, but mostly I have just seen pumps and the norm. Do you think the wedge trend will spill into fall or is it just a summer thing? I really like that look and am wondering if it will stick around.

What do you all think?

I think it will stick around. Urban had some new fall shoes with wedges too.

I think so.  And even tho wedges have only been super popular for a short time, I've been wearing them for years because I find them easier to walk long distances in than regular heels.  I think you should be able to get away with them for a while.

I am definitely going to wear my chocolate suede ones in the fall, with some patterned tights. I think wedges are chic, and more comfy than heels so I hope they'll stick around for a while!

I'm with everyone else - I think you can get away with it for awhile. I had 6 pairs of wedges in my closet when the "trend" kicked in - I was glad at first because there was a bigger selection, but then again I hate when something i like for other reasons (ditto with being able to walk in them longer periods & still be comfy) becomes trendy then "out" - I won't give mine up when the mags put them on the "out" lists - I guess I'll just get talked about!!!
