morning ladies!


b: puffed kashi, soy milk


s: yogurt


l: PF Chang's - coworkers bday


s: nectarine


d: another date (different guy) so who knows... last night i had a chinese chicken salad tho


w: ok, so this is tricky... i skipped walking this AM cuz i wanted to come in early & do homework cuz i'll be too busy this weekend, then i'm donating blood platelets after lunch & they say not to exercise for 4 hours (or shower, ack!) which will put me at about 6:30 at the earliest.  unfortunately, i believe my date will start before that time so looks like no workout for me (and i'm including the date in that statement!!).

B: whole wheat toast with crunch pb (3 pts), mint mocha frapp (4 pts)


L: crawfish etouffee (4 pts), 1 cup cherries (1 pt)


D: fried catfish (well its baked but is like fried), salad, fruit.


E: will walk the neighborhood tonight!

b-  watermelon, lite yogurt, water


snack--nutz over choc Luna Bar, unsweet tea


lunch-  4 oz. pork tenderloin, onions and cheese on ww bread, water


snack--watermelon and carrots, water


dinner---going to a cookout with college roommates so i have no idea. I have 3 veges, 1 protein, 1 fat, 1 fruit left to eat today:)


I am going to take a salad with me.

B: 98% fat-free tortilla with reduced fat cheese


L: corn tortilla veggie tacos with, yes, some rice, beans, and chips (bleh!)


S: piece of run cake about the size of my thumb - no lie! y'all would have been so proud


D: not sure yet but I will try to make it healthy. maybe a salad from jason's deli or something...


E: nope. it's friday.

LOL - I just started up my WW again & am looking for breakfast ideas - that is a breakfast of champions if I've ever seen it. Cheese burrito!!! Sounds good to me - exactly what I do - I have to protein at breakfast so mine will look like "black bean chili" for breakfast - I'm so glad it's not just me.

Do ya'll do this every day? I will get on the bandwagon Tues - DH being home for the holiday weekend is completely throwing off my very good plan, although I have done so much better than normal. (which translates to instead of eating everything & anything I want in the world, including a bacon cheese chibatta from Jack in the Box, I am eating watermelon, blueberries, 100 cal packs as snacks, and grilled chicken, green beans & melon at restaurant for lunch instead of the usual fried chicken, mac & cheese, soft buttered roll & dessert - you get my drift!!!)
