A little help!

I am going to be attending a beach wedding and need dress ideas.  The wedding is in the evening, on the beach, and the invitation says to wear Aloha Attire.  I would like the dress to be under $75, and something that could pass as "Aloha Attire", but that could be worn after the event.  TIA!
