morning ladies!


b: puffed kashi, soy milk


s: celery & peanut butter


l: ham sandwich on ww (sooooo boring by now ) & nectarine


s: yogurt


d: not sure, have a date so we'll see


w: did my hour walk this AM (the bandaid worked great!) & it's my day off from yoga

Afternoon.  Not sure how today is going to go.  Its already been pretty rough.


B: honey bunches of oats with strawberries & 1/2 cup of skim milk


S: 1/2 cup of ice cream


L: not sure probably kabuli pizza crust with turkey pepperoni pizza


D: unsure. 


E: maybe.  depends on how I'm feeling later.

B: reduced-fat english muffin & whipped peanut butter


L: whole wheat pasta and tomato sauce


S: reduced-fat string cheese


D: I'd love a salad from somewhere but I'll be in such a rush I'm not sure... but also some wine 'cause it's art circle night and it's my turn to bring the wine.


E: none today. bad blubirde! i have a hair appt. this afternoon and art circle all evening. i'll dance around at art circle while i paint
