Where to look for a top?

I feel like an idiot asking this question, but I am searching for a smocked dress/shirt thing. I would like one that is white and has eyelets, but it doesn't have to be either of those things. I guess I want either white or something light colored that looks good against tanned skinned and it light – prefer no heavy fabrics.

I know you girls are probably thinking "HELLO, you can find those everywhere!!!" I looked at the Target by my house, but they were out of everything, so I didn't see any. I don't want to spend a lot of money because I will probably only wear in once. I was hoping someone would know where to look before I start dragging my butt all over the disgustingly hot city. Oh, I also need it Saturday, so ordering online is not an option. Thanks girls!

I would think that Forever21, Gadzooks, Charlotte Russe, Wetseal or one of those other teeny bopper stores would have something similar for cheap.

Yes, I agree.  American Eagle has one, too.  It's not really all-over eyelet, but it's got the same look with a subtle sequin pattern.


(sorry, I keep posting about this shirt, but I have one and I love it!)

I was going to post the AE one.  I've seen it, it's pretty cute.  I'm thinking Gap may have one simular also.

The only one I've found is the Juicy one. I searched for a knockoff but I couldn't find anything similar or non-cheesey (ie without sequins). If you want just a top, INC at Macys has a few cute things that are smocked, eyelet and lightweight but I didn't see anything long.

Your outfit was wear I got the idea- I am copying you.

My bf loves has a weird thing for those top (I thin he likes the idea of actually being able to see my shoulders), so I thought I would get one and wear it for his birthday. I checked out the ON caridgan, so now I have find the top. I guess I will go out today and I don't find it I could have the Juicy top overnighted.

Awww, I like the sequins on the AE one.  I don't think it looks cheesy at all b/c it's subtle.

I am going to go check in out Nylabelle. That is the one that looks the most promising so far.
